Deadweight prices for livestock based on market demand fluctuate creating uncertainty for the primary producer, & the system that sets those prices is the same one taking the margin. There is another route. Selling direct, in your own name, from your own land, with the carcass broken down and finished the way it deserves. It changes the numbers. It also changes the conversation.

Hunters Moon helps farmers, smallholders and estates take that next step. Rich grew up in the meat trade and knows the route from field to counter intimately. Steve runs a charcuterie business and a tapas restaurant, so the value-added end of the chain is his daily work. Between us we cover the whole ladder.
